You wont get the monthly stamps until you have finished training.
Whilst you are training you should just be sending items and not receiving them so the email will not be of importance to you...if you received the same one as me!!
I am in training again and the difference this time is that I am receiving 'trainee' smarts from TNS with an R number so these have to be entered onto the system0 -
received items for posting next week and also received my stamps0

I've received two items, both with the same Rxxxx number and containing two identical smarts labelled 'AEDB'.
It won't let me input the second one, because it's already been entered.
Now I had a look around the posting schedule, and it says I have to post something off tomorrow? I haven't been provided any stamps/envelopes or anything. Does this mean I'm expected to buy stamps to complete the training?
I had a look at the training documents, but they just download .mht documents, most of which I can't open, and the ones I can don't have imagesSo a little confused at the moment.

If your due to post are these not the letters with AEDB these seem to be the smarts for the trial period??
Maybe you can't put the 2nd one on as its not the due date/ xxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
I am in my third week of training, and have just received the following email
Thank you for posting items for the Royal Mail Survey for the past few weeks. Due to a space being oversubscribed, we are going to pause your participation for a few weeks.
We will let you know as soon as we have found another space for you. Meanwhile, you are able to continue participating on the Correctly Delivered survey.
I received two smart tags today, which I logged and I assume to send next week as part of my training which said to include smart tags. Now it appears I am redundant just as I was starting to get in the swing of things. Are they normally this well organised.
Are there any incentives for the Correctly delivered survey. So far all I have received are some stamps with the first items I had to post back to WB0 -

No don't buy anything, just email them to let them know that the schedule says you need to post something(giving them the details) but that it hasn't arrived.
It's unusual just to have one item a week to post though, are you sure you haven't misread it.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -

Par for the course, some of us are back and fore like yo yos.
If you get invites for the unaddressed mail or correctly delivereds, go for it. You get a £5 love to shop voucher for logging your normal mail - money for old rope. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

In a word, yes. They're one of the most badly and chaotically run companies you're ever likely to meet, with the possible exception of Royal Mail itself. One can only assume that RM chose them because they shared similar values - muddle.
How long you stay on depends on how many other candidates they have in your postcode area. Having been at this game for around 2 years now, without a break, I can only assume nobody round here's that keen to do it. Shame - I'd like a few months break from it.0 -

I've had the exact same thing, had no emails or info through the post then yesterday received a SMART and today another one with same R number and code which its asking me to post on tomorrow but I've had nothing sent to enable me to send it onYou never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.
xx Mama to a gorgeous Cranio Baby xx
