    Hello, received my first smart today which I have logged onto the system and will send on next week. It says in training that I access manage my smarts from the home page - I dont have this option!

    I am waiting for one more smart, will it appear as an option once I have received and logged the second smart?

    Hopefully it will arrive asap as I need to include it in a packet.

    If you are in training, you will receive the "training" smarts, direct from TNS together with the paper giving the R no. You then log these on to the system via the received items option.


    You should have an option on your home page, saying manage your smarts. That is used when you have a stock of smarts, once you are on the full panel. At times you need to return some of them to TNS usually when they request them back.

    That's right. According to the FAQs section of the website,

    "I have been asked by the post office what is inside the item I am trying to post. What shall I say?
    "Please say that the item contains a sample of foam. Please contact our helpline with the details of the post office in question if you are experiencing any further issues."

    If they didn't send you an email giving a code (and I don't think they will have done), ignore the question.

    Just for info - the training SMARTS do not show up under Manage My Smarts.

    Plus for anyone thinking people have taken them out of their packages - they do not come with a plastic wrapping - it is just foam backing, with the workings of the SMART on the front (less transmitter) and the sticker.

    another query on SMARTS

    i have 4 smarts in my tns folder but only 2 of them showing on the list when i check mt list online . ( they are reserved for other mailings due this week )

    also another one i dont even have is showing as awating stock check... but ..

    on my schedule for today i was asked to send this one in the package i was to post today

    ...it didnt give me the option to pick another smart or change the code

    has anyone had this happen before ...i did recieved two smarts in the post on friday but they arent showing online yet

    i have emailed them this morning but no reply yet

    First of all re emailing -

    (a) I have 3, supposedly current, email addresses for them. According to the young man I spoke with today, the best to use is the one they mention in the recorded announcement if you phone the 0800 number and they are busy.

    (b) They have a backlog of emails to deal with, so don't expect a reply today.

    Second re Smarts online listing -

    (a) if you have a Smart which isn't mentioned on the list - send it back to them in the envelope provided

    (b) if there's a Smart which is mentioned but which you don't have
    either (i) it will be on its way to you and they have added it to the online list
    or (ii) you used it in an earlier mailing due out two or more weeks ago but you didn't post the item and they've put it back in your stock.

    A further thought - if you have something not listed as in stock, was it meant to be included in a posting but you omitted it? (I ask because some here are reporting receiving mailings which are meant to include a Smart but which don't have one.)

    Has anyone else not received their February stamps yet? i know some of you have reported receiving them in the pack for this week (W/C 3RD Feb) but mine haven't arrived :(

    Has anyone noticed their packs arriving later and later also? mine seem to be arriving day later each week and this weeks (W/C 3rd feb) arriving on Saturday Feb 1st... cutting it a bit close!

    I received my stamps last week, but agree that the posting packs are being sent much later.

    I used to receive them before they showed on the screen, but now several days later.
