I have just started my training again this week. I received an email on 20/1 saying my first pack was being prepared, received pack in post on 21/1. Then received training guidelines in an email 22/1 in the form of a PDF. Received 2 Smarts that needed entering on system on 25/1 HTH

Started my training this week as well, and had a similar set of communications from TNS.

Can someone advise me? I ended my first 6 month participation in October.. since this time i have been kept busy with the unaddressed and correctly delivered surveys which i have enjoyed doing very much. Will i get an email to invite me back automatically to the main royal mail survey, or will i need to re-apply myself ? thanks in advance

There get back to you, but dont necessary bank on it being 6 months, - its seems to have been trial and error some have been asked back after 3 months, others have had 18 mths....


Its the age old question, how long is a piece of string? x

Is anyone else finding the new listing for recieved items a nightmare - obviosuly most of it is self explanatory - but the packet (£3 or £2.60 unless been franked) the packet button seems to have disappeared...

Do you class it as a jiffy bag??? or what! xx

Judging by the new paper schedules i would assume the following:

Packet is now Jiffy Bag
Small Box is now Cube

And the following additional types have been added as 3D parcels (not sure if these are yet in use though?)
CD/DVD Box & Large Box

I'm only a couple of weeks into my 3rd stint at the survey and i swear that senders are making far more mistakes now than ever before!

in the last 4 weeks I've received:
2 SMARTS with the wrappers removed
1 smart with the R number stuck over the 4 letter code
1 item with no R number
3 items with the time and date of posting written on them

Am i just unlucky or has anyone else noticed this?
