username is the email address you registered

if you can't remember your password, you will see there is a "forgotten password" link below the blue area. If you follow that and provide the registered email address it will automatically (and therefore quickly) email a new password for you to use.

By the way (other than some magazines which you won't be receiving yet) you only need to record online those items which have an R number on the contents. "R numbers" are codes which look like R7654.

Once you have logged in you will find there is a Training aea and a News & Features area which also provides guidance on completing the survey.

Hi, hope I'm not being stupid here but I have a 10 day old baby so forgive me if I have missed something obvious in the instructions.

Question 1-
Am on my first week of proper live posting this week. Have 5 things scheduled to post only I have only received 4 items. on the paper instructions where it says which stationery I have it only has 4 envelopes/packages listed and online in the column saying envelope type it is blank. Any suggestions before I contact them?

Question 2-
I received my first item last friday, all entered online etc. The piece of paper says to return it with contents next friday. I thought I read somewhere you don't need to return post anymore or is it just because it's my first item?

Early December, which included 24*1st and 4 *Large Letter. These were for January.

I had a telephone call about a item query last week. So, I asked if I was back on the panel after being sent the questionnaire to see if I wanted to continue. I was told that my area was filled up very quick after this questionnaire was sent. So, will have to wait around 6 months now.

So my friend signed up over Christmas, got asked to join the panel, got sent her starter pack and stamps... didn't send the test items back AT ALL... recieved no other mailings.

Last week she apparently got an email asking would she like to come back on the panel, she said yes... got another starter pack with stamps.

At first I was like oh cool, but then realised she was doing nothing for the stamps, and I was posting 5-9 packets a week for them lol Something wrong here lol

twice in the past couple of weeks I've had it where the paper print out indicates a SMART is to be added to the item, but when I go to process the item online for mailing, I'm not prompted to add a SMART.

It these cases I haven't added a SMART because there would be no allocation information for RMS to track.

I'm a few months into my first round, but is this kinda of discrepancy common?

It is not uncommon. The online schedule is the most up-to-date and should be followed in preference to the paper one if there is any changes.
