Are you aware you shouldn't really be posting details of the survey?0

I would handwrite the one which says to on the posting schedule they sent you.Is it normal only to be able to log one of two items because they're both identical? Can/should the 'unlogged' item be ignored?
I've never experienced it. I would email them to tell them, could just be a typo they madelIs it normal for a Receiver Item Number to show up attached to an invald panellist item (complete with SMART)? Could/should this item be ignored? Is there a chance that it's arrived early perhaps, and will have become a valid panellist item by tomorrow?
I would think it means somebody has made a mistake somewhere, either the sender or TNS. It wouldn't matter if it had arrived early as it will be on the system I think.Should Poster Item Numbers shown in the posting schedule online be the same as those shown on the printed posting schedlule received in the post?Is it OK to handwrite an address label as instructed in the printed posting schedule if the online schedule has changed to instruct the use of a printed label that was never actually sent?
I personally go by the posting schedule which is sent to me with the items. If you untick the 'show advanced columns' box in your online schedule it hides the complicated bits that don't add upHas there been a muck-up somewhere along the length of the chain, or does the responsibility for the muck-up somehow lie with the last link (i.e. me)?
If you're putting in the right R number from the received item and it's coming up with an error then I don't see how it can be your fault. I would email them, not sure if you'll get a reply but at least you let them know.
Thanks to anyone who has read this far without losing the will to live. I hope someone can help[/QUOTE]

No, sorry, although it did occur to me, the thought just wandered straight through and out again - I didn't think I'd posted anything that anyone else hadn't - the whole thing has just shredded my brain. Having said that, I'll make the effort to understand the survey procedure because I've committed to it somewhere along the line, but having had my first dealings with it I would not be too upset if someone was to decide to throw me off the panel because of the above post, although I'd never deliberately have been indiscreet. The company behind the panel does not seem to be the most organized of organizations.

Thanks to all for the responses.
You might want to consider either taking out your post or editing it so it doesnt reflect who or where items are to be sent to.
The participation and essence of the panel relies on confidentiality on things such as who you send what to and when.frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

I've edited the post out. Thanks.
Some kind person sent me a PM regarding this thread. The only response necessary was 'Thank you', but when I sent my reply I got a dialog saying that your inbox was full. Thanks again to that person if you're reading - I did not want you to think your message had gone unacknowledged and I thought you might want the heads up that your inbox needs emptyingDecember 'Make £10 A Day' Challenge - £1.82/£155.000 -
I do wonder sometimes, reading this thread, whether TNS are finding the right sort of people to carry out this survey work. :question:0

Hello.
Could someone please confirm if you're meant to receive something in the post before getting your first survey?
I've dropped them an email asking the same but thought I'd ask here as well.
Thanks.0
