Just been told by IFA that all the documents have been signed off as satisfactory so now it will be sent to head office for them to sign off . All this just for the DIP0

            UPDATE
Just had an email from the IFA saying that all the documents have been satisfied so he is just waiting for them to change the refer on the DIP. Will update when I hear that we have obtained the DIP. This is supposed to be the easy bit, well with me being a discharged bankrupt it is making it all very difficult. two weeks to wait for a decison on a DIP is very stressful.0

            Update
Still no news. I now think as the nationwide have already taken two weeks to decide on the DIP, it is going to be no. So unfair as the mortgage repayments would be less than what we pay in rent at the monent0

Update they have asked for further info regarding money going into account. They just don't seem to want to make a decision. Two and a half weeks and still waiting0

Stay positive, if they were going to just say no they'd have done at start. They're at least looking into things and hopefully will make a fair and unbiased decision. Good luck.2019 MFW No. 74 £13700/£30000 (45.66%)
