sorry - I haven't really had anything new to say about Barnes, and have been very tired and stressed over the last week or so. Family stuff which I don't really want to post about.
Barnes is fine - his fur is growing back nicely around his neck now. Granddaughter K knitted him a scarf which he wore all day! honestly, he seemed to like it!
I thought I had got him out of the habit of sleeping above my head on the pillow - but for the last few nights the little bu99er has done this and woken me up by trying to take my ponytail band out! it must annoy him. and its no wonder I wake up with my hair all damp! its like wearing a hat to bed!

I have probably Pee'd off the Forum team and will get PPR'd permanently. I will get someone to update you all on Barnes's life.

I am fed up with the forum! I have seen perfectly decent posters PPR'd and recently got a two week ban myself for a post which for the life of me I can't find infringes ANY forum rules!
I am surprised they haven't already ppr'd me - but it sometimes takes a few days to happen.

I have lost a lot of old 'mates' on here - I know where they are, and will probably go join them if the worst/best? happens.
I sound like an old codger now - but this forum was great when I started on here, and its gone downhill fast since Martin sold it. People getting ppr'd left right and centre! and its so quiet! and the threads now are full of Political Correctness which annoys me! surely forums are for people to speak freely?
ooops - will get off the soapbox now!

Barnes has just had a mad five minutes! running up and down stairs, running into the kitchen and between the cooker and the cupboard and coming OUT of the cupboard door! lol.

I really hope that you don't leave. As much as I don't post on it, I love getting the daily digests and reading about Barnes and his misadventures. If you do move on, I wish you all the best, but if you can, please let us know where we might follow him elsewhere.

I haven't really posted on the boards for a long time, and I really don't like to anymore, but I do like to follow some of the threads and keep updated. Particularly the cat ones I follow. I'm down to Zero cats now, so it's always nice to read on about other cats. Alfie passed too soon, and Tribbles has moved into my parents as he got sad after Alfie.
