Atrix, how can you manage to get a photo of the whole brood (minus Lilly)? Even at feeding times I'd struggle. Maybe if they were all asleep in the same place I'd have a chance but that doesn't happen often.

Have to be quick his missus, set cam on phone before putting food out then rustle packets and put food down then stand back grab cam and snap away then delete the photo's that are horrid and keep the good ones.

Oh and Mia had a set of 4 Kittens today so takes total upto 11 cats in the house currently (until rehoming kittens then back to 7)

Hi Mer, sorry I've been awol, school holidays and then hubby has been off this week as well, don't get near the mac when he's off lol.

I would love to see photo's of the bathroom all finished, it sounds lovely! Talking of little trays Charlie decided that the leather recliner was her litter tray again the other night and hubby was not amused, can't say that I was that happy either :(

Think I'll show him the photo of your lovely family atrix, it would be like a scene from a horror movie for him :rotfl:he can barely cope with two.

Anyone have tips on eating for fussy cats, both mine like Felix As good as it looks and some Royal Canin (not together though). They have now decided that they will inhale the jelly and leave the meat which is driving me nuts, it's almost like they're lazy about chewing the meat! I've tried Asda's own, whiskas, in gravy is even worse and they won't touch anything without jelly. At the moment I've reverted back to Felix kitten so that they don't have to chew too much or I mash it but they don't like me doing that either...I swear they cat cams in the kitchen to watch what I'm doing :p anyway any tips would be appreciated.

Hope Scrappy is feeling better now his missus :)

Scrappy's mouth/lip is looking much better, thanks for asking Nonnie. We certainly won't need a return trip to the vets, phew!

I'm beginning to think 3 is a nice number of cats to have. We've had 4 or 5 for the past few years, and whilst I loved having that many cats, having 3 does seem less work. Which is odd because I've always said when I've taken on another cat, "What's the difference? It's just another mouth to feed. Three, four, five it's all the same really!"

Don't tell Hubby I said that though because we all know if someone rocked up at my door tonight with a cat they couldn't find a home for I'd take it on in a heartbeat :D

Can't help you too much on the fussy eaters, Nonnie. I wonder if the recipes for Felix have changed. Perhaps the meat doesn't taste the same or has a different texture and the cats have noticed. It may just be a case of trying out different brands until you find a new one they like...

    hi everyone!

Still cant find the cable thingy for the camera! and I am dying to show off the new bathroom!
Barnes is lying on the printer watching every word I type! but I turn it off now as he presses the scan button every time he gets on there! I am sure he is aware of 'HIS' thread! You should have seen him 'facing up' to nextdoorbutones dog today! dog got out and came sniffing round our gate - Barnes wasn't having that and stared him out! all fluffed up he looked enormous and Bobby the dog decided that moving on was best! OH caught him and put him back in their garden - fair play, she doesn't like him 'escaping' and I know the dogs name because she always calls him back in. I have spoken briefly to her - just to ask if she is settling in ok - she replied yes and she loves it here its so quiet! rofl - I couldn't help thinking ''Yes, well it WAS''. The music is quietening down - she may be realising that these houses are definitely not soundproof!
I have been told some very derogatory things about her - but will make up my own mind in due course.
Nonnie - cant help with the food, Barnes will NOT eat anything in jelly - I even resorted to whizzing it up with the stick blender - but he still wouldn't eat it! can only suggest you try a different brand like his missus said?

I would not mind a few cats - but Barnes would! he likes being an 'only cat'. he doesn't even like feline or canine visitors. humans are welcome though!

Thank you both, think I might email 'Felix' and see if they have changed their recipe and I'll keep trying till I find something that works.

Glad the noise from the neighbours isn't quite as bad and I agree re judging someone for yourself, I have a similar issue with some of our neighbours who don't get on and one set always likes to tell me stories about the other ones. I don't get drawn into bad mouthing people and that's one thing that I've always told to my kids to be very wary of, although some people seem to thrive on it lol xx

If you tell us the make & model of the camera (either here or via a PM), I might be able to find a replacement for you.

Oh thanks freebear! - it says Fujifilm A150. I cant even find the box and instructions, and I always keep these kind of things! the camera is quite a few years old though.

I dislike gossip too nonnie - I don't like the glee with which some people will relate the misdeeds or misfortunes of others. I always think 'there but for the grace of god..............could go I'. er, or something similar my nan used to say! besides which, I probably have faults too (not really, I think I am perfect! rofl).
Barnes is well, still matting up his coat faster than I can keep it groomed - even with his cheapie comb!

The manual is available online: http://www.fujifilm.com/support/digital_cameras/manuals/pdf/index/a/fujifilm_a100_manual_01.pdf

I have a few of those micro USB cables floating around. I will check with a local camera shop to see which one fits the A150. If one fits, I'll send you a PM later in the week (prob. Thursday eve).
