Contact your local police station and ask to speak to your community officer, tell him whats happening.
Ours when contacted about teens hanging around being loud etc, organised for a special constable to have a walk by a few times that week.
There was nothing said other than hello by the special, but just his presence was enough and they stopped, never been back since.
I don't get nearly enough credit for not being a violent psychopath.

From what you describe of your neighbours it is no wonder you are fed up. The situation sounds horrible. Others have given good advice already about who to contact and seek help from. Couldn't read and run and not offer some sympathy though.
The best day of your life is the one on which you decide your life is your own, no apologies or excuses. No one to lean on, rely on or blame. The gift is yours - it is an amazing journey - and you alone are responsible for the quality of it. This is the day your life really begins.

I'm sweeping and washing down the pavement outside my house and cleaning the windowsill on a daily basis now.

I'd be taking photos every morning before you clean showing the mess- take them facing your house without obviously focusing on the mess so if challenged you have a reasonable reason for taking them- and sending them to the housing officer and environmental health.

Phone the local police, write a list of everything that happens in detail and the amount of incidents might shock them into doing something!!! What a bunch of ******. How do people think this behaviour is ok, it's beyond me.

Yup. Doing that. I've got the numbers and email addresses for the local housing officer and the CSWs who work this beat.

    Like it's doing any good.....:(

Incidentally, it's the same three legged crown pattern that's gouged into my windowsill. It's clearly the work of a very small child.
 Don't know what I'm doing, but doing it anyway...
  • I think I've finally complained enough/too much.....

I've received an email introducing the new housing officer and asking me for a day time 'phone number "to discuss my concerns".

I'll talk to her next week......:o :embarasse

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you... your home should be your sanctuary not a living hell.

    Good luck.

Isn't that what you would have wanted? See it as a positive thing. With a bit of luck it might result in some improvement.

She should have a record of the things you have raised, but it might be worth making a note of your main concerns so that you don't forget anything that you would kick yourself about if you didn't mention it.

    Good luck.
    . . .I did not speak out

    Then they came for me
And there was no one left
    To speak out for me..
