  • Congrats :j:j you broke the habit, the experts say it takes three months to break the habit. It has not worked for me yet:(:(
    I have a drawer full of electronic cigs, the ones that look like cigs and the vapours even chewing gum and mints. I am beginning to think its all in the mind, if you want to give up you do, if you do not really want to , you don't
    I am trying the cutting down route, which is working for me at the moment, gone from 40 a day down to 10 a day, I wish I never started :eek::eek:

    supost to be a brilliant way to quit , also some-one i know went on to roll up your self cigs (tabacco) and quit in 3 days as he culdnt do the rolling and when he did it went out quick :rotfl:

    Absolutely got it in one. When you want to give up for yourself, you will. You're worth it.
