Redoing very small ensuite bathroom
Comments

Hi there somethingcorporate.
Don't want an argument, but just interested in how you arrive at what you think is a fair price to re-do a bathroom.
It would help me understand if you could list the costs of labour - daily rate x man days that you would think is realistic and material costs to fully re-do a small to medium sized bathroom.
Cheers in advance:beer:0 -
Ours was £900 labour and materials (excluding tiles) for a full rip-out and refit, re-tiling and installing underfloor heating (but not the signing off as that needs to be done by a sparky).
It took 4 days (of work) spread across about a week and the standard was very high. We are in the North East.
According to some on here I need to be wary because this was slave labour rates but hey ho! I feel like I got a good deal.Thinking critically since 1996....0
