Ahh, that's so sweet of your dear Dad, pinkpig, bless him.Now a bit of help ladies, have decided to make savoury pancakes for tea tomorrow filled with chicken, bacon and mushroom in a white sauce. Does this actually sound as nice as I think it does or am I just kidding myself??
Not keen on the white sauce, jakes-mum, but the rest sounds delicious to me, though I'd definitely fry the mushrooms, lightly fry the bacon too. Have you really got seating for 2815 though? Plus yourselves of course.
Well spotted, Lindylou, blowed if I saw it.dinglefoot wrote: »Sue, I've had very painful headaches today and yesterday which make me very light sensitive. My head is generally painful, but really painful when I walk around or make any movement - particularly bending down and getting back up again or stairsIt's been making me feel a bit nauseous and dizzy and I've been doing wally things because of it. Hopefully it'll pass soon, I reckon it's a mixture of stress and 'Aunt Flo' hormones!
It sounds as though you'd do best to be checked over by your GP, dinglefoot, it sounds as if your blood pressure's up a bit. Even if it's only at 'Aunt Flo' times he/she should still be aware. Take care!Sue - Yes please do add it as my target. I'm gonna go find my number now and add it to my sig! Xxx
All sorted for you, wegle, and thanks for putting your No on.
Have a great time at Bournemouth, Rosy, that's near my hometown!
Okey dokey, HOK3Y, all the best with reaching it....or more!
Oh sparky, that's such rotten news, I was really hopeful for you and J, ahhh one day. :j Though with landlords like that it's not exactly helpful. Keep saving your cash to get away from them.

Sue, I have had high blood pressure before, so it wouldn't surprise me
Jakes-mum, have you made them yet? Wondering how it turned/turns outI agree with the others who have suggested lightly frying
Hope you've had fun today, RosyI'm very jealous of the air show and your location!
I think I have some coinage in my purse, which I'll have a look at and pot this eveningSPC '21 #0750 -

Potted £2.56 today. Off to the caravan show in Newark tomorrow with the family and my dad. Taking a packed lunch for us, I have 3 children so it would cost a fortune to buy food there! Went out for a meal tonight and my dad paid for us - he is great
Got a fab tin for a pound yesterday from a shopso the coffee jar is gone!

I'm potting £3.02 this evening
I'm off shortly as I have work tomorrowPeople next door but one are still playing music very loudly (they've been having a party since early afternoon) and I can hear the bass above the telly. I hope I can get to sleep through it
I don't mind the loud music so much during the day, but it's taking the pee at this time if you ask me...it's a common occurrence with them
Having said what I said about the day time though, if there's any night workers/shift workers around here I pity them as well
On a positive note, I can see about £40 of notes at the top of my pot so I'm really excited for November when I can find out how much is actually in there!SPC '21 #0750 -
