    In all honesty, Saver-upper, it was just pure luck as I'd just answered the others and then the e-mail came through to say you were here and I'd far sooner get everything finished for the day than leave some people, especially new members, until the morning.     Hi

    Please can you add me to list of sealed pot savers? I've had a sealed jar and been saving for a few months so I'm glad I've found this thread. Going on maternity leave in a few weeks and I'm worrying about money next year, I want to take the full year off so I'm going to really go for it and save as much as possible.

    Hi, just thought I'd let you know I had a quick count of my coffee jar and managed £72.33. The plan is to use £50 when I visit my son this weekend and rollover the £22.33 when I start the challenge properly on Thursday. Can't wait!!

    dejuz8, do try not to worry too much, not with your little treasure coming along, worry certainly won't help things! Budget well and save all you can, those are the most important things.

    The totals so far have been AMAZING! I forgot just how fast this thread moves in the last week. Took AGES to catch up!! lol.

    Welcome to all you lovely new member :) I will be looking forward to seeing your progress next year!

    Well i got my money bagged up last night. I have over £40 left in extra coins so i'm hoping to find enough to fill these this week.

    I had considered keeping my £2 coins and start saving them for something different but i have £138 so i don't think i'll be able to lol.

    Mum has convinced me to use my pot for a new iPad, since it is £739 if i kept my £2 coins i wouldn't have enough money, maybe next year..

    I think i'll declare my total on Thursday just in case i manage to pot some more coins.

    Sue you are doing a fantastic job, i think Sparky is mentally preparing himself for all the work he had ahead!!

At present I'm sending him the Totals so far so at least that'll help him. I think "that woman" has pulled them both down to be honest, I do so hope she really does move and pronto! :mad:

    Thanks for adding me. I've just done a count of my jar (which I've been doing since September 1st) and I've got £40.45, I'll repost a total figure on Thursday though, hope to add a few more pennies by then. Thanks again.
