Hi Guys,
Have been potting and hubby-rummaging in equal measures. Granny coinage donation added to the pot last night also. As my second pot is now overflowing, just using sealable plastic freezer bag for the next 18 days until the big count-up (so exciting...!).

I potted a single £2 coin today and put a 50p coin into the holding pot.

£649+ potted so far and only 18 days left. lol

Soooo loving the carpet, though scared the bejebus out of our mate when he went to walk in the living room with his shoes on :eek:, already lined up DH to do Miss Lilys room again and then our room, theres no rest for the wicked

oooo just had a thought, mum bought me £5ers worth of shopping yesterday and told me not to bother re-imbursing her so had better pot it , so add another £5er to that shrapnel :j

Well banked (spent ) £130 well actually didnt spend all but removed from bottom of pot. Started xmas shopping and had to raid so could start will ammend my signature. Laptop has died so have to use my mobile not good. !

Back from a weekend walking, potted 2 x £2 plus shrapnel plus £10 cos I had a money off voucher for a meal for DD's birthday
Pleased with that
Nell I'm glad you're through the last lot of chemo and can look forward to Xmas, that must be a weight off your mind

I became disillusioned with some 'charitable organisations' as well two years ago and decided to give directly. I now support two organisations which directly fund individual repayable loans worldwide for various reasons.. Don't know if I can mention them on here but you can pm me if you're interested.

BIG news of the month for me - we have a new (to us) car :T may not sound very MS but

Bought it at the auctions on Friday so fingers xd it is all okay. It is a Mazda 3 diesel 2004 as DH has to have reliable car to get to work - often 4.00-5.00 in the morning up here in the frozen north and not garaged. He seems happy . Paid out of savings so will have to put back when I have finished paying for course.

Am still 'feeding' my pot with £1-a-day until paid off course monies.

Nothing potted yesterday, but off for a long walk later and will hopefully find at least a bit of roadkill change to pop in tonight!
