    First phone shop ok.

Second, 2 staff with no concept of multitasking. 2 customers being dealt with and 15 overseas school trip gobby teens needing SIM cards.

I got the job done but was driven to donuts.

    Sign uP to them all.

You registered for self assessment too ?

Yes I could sign up to them all, of course. But that will take a lot of time, especially as every site has its own nuances and takes some getting used to. Plus, from reading this thread, there seem to be some that have problems such as finding any excuse to reject your report so they don't have to pay you, or just outright not paying up when payday comes. That is why I was looking for recommendations.

    Self assessment - yep, done

I see ESA has released the funeral shops. They appear to be the same set that haunted me through the summer and did not get picked up then. Same fee I see...

I gradually joined most of them as you will find that they all go through quiet spells and can't be reliant on just one or two if you are looking for a regular income. IMHO ESA and Gfk are good starter for ten.

No easy fix or short cut. It's all trial and error.

I remember when I first signed up I probably spent a good 4-5 hours one evening signing up to a load of companies.

The more you sign up for and the wider radius that you are willing to work will enable you to take more jobs. I dont travel more than about 30 miles or so, but I also work full-time. Its enough work for me at the moment. When I started I didn't leave my city.

Working for a variety of MSC's will make you a better and more experienced shopper.

    Just crack on...

Okay, fine, I take the hint. I'll pick a couple more or less at random and see how I go. :)
  • I've been doing this about 6 weeks and I've signed up for quite a few. I keep an eye on the alerts thread and if I see something posted on there I sign up for that company if I haven't done so already.

Just signed up for MSL after seeing alert on the other thread didn't take long but some can take forever. Think i've signed up to most of the ones on the first post.

I started with MF then, after finding this forum, started joining most of the firms on page 1.

RA, RM, GR & GfK were my first. I've since ended up joining most of them over the past 9 months.

Can everyone else see their payment history on Gfk? Mine hasn't been updated since September 10th.

I got paid by GfK today but there is no statement on their website yet. My last one is the same date as yours, 10 Sep 13.

Their payment history is updated either a day or two after they pay.
