Hmmm, two TNS phone visits this morning, both excellent visits that followed the video brief very well. Clearly this round of MS has already had some effect.

9 visits all done thankfully quiet in stores quick rest before starting reports... Not the same experience for me so clearly not got round everywhere

They've doubled the fee but it's still less than the old fee, plus bonus.

Have ESA not normally released this month's visits by now. I've never seen their available visits this low!

I've just had an email from ESA asking if I've got a day free w/c 14 October.

ESA seem to be personally allocating jobs so far this month rather than putting them on the board.

I've had this email too. They need to do something as their jobs just sit there. At one time they used to fly off the page but not anymore.
