2 reports done by phone as these were urgent bonus visits for them as some one else had dropped some at the weekend

Mmm problem they had was they allowed people to book jobs in for Sunday then the client changed their mind about allowing Sunday visits, but did they bother to tell people? No they just changed the brief, nearly caught me out too.

TNS phone shops, jesus, what do you have to do to get served in one of these? Beautiful, well fitted, well laid out, well equipped store. Queue to the door, one poor !!!!!!! serving and the rest of the staff hiding out the back.

I gave up earlier, phoned them and told them they were going to have to tell me the answers.

The bloke I spoke to sounded like he thought the quizzes were as stupid as we do :rotfl:

I gave up on one on Saturday - went there twice and hung around for 30 mins each time and still not got seen. If they want me back it will have to be a mid week and definitely not a lunchtime either as also had the problem of not enough staff on over the lunchtime period.

I've done six of the TNS phones today, jeeze are they a pain, quickest I've managed to get out is 44 minutes, they are gonna have to up the fee if they want then done next wave.

That's a tough one then, quickest for mine was just over 15 mins most 20-25. Not sure I would have got through 11 if all took that long !

Suppose we can only hope that the client listen to the shoppers comments and actually get some staff on before the next wave.

Either way, no chance will I be bothering with them again.
Yes it's overwhelming, but what else can we do?
Get jobs in offices and wake up for the morning commute?

Six TNS phone shops a day is my limit, however managed to mix it up with a few MF bookies at a bonus. Who'd have thought MF would be the easier assignment.
  • Mine have all been ok too, I'm averaging about 18-20 minutes. Mind you, only one has actually bothered to show me a demo phone so far, so that may explain the fast turnaround. :D
  • I have had some hellish ones! What I thought was going to take a few hours to do a spate of jobs in the one street turned into almost five hours and that was before I started data entering the forms! Ugh!!!:(

Funnily enough, I did an MF job at the end of the road today for an increased fee, and it was probably the best job I did all day.

Maybe after doing a proper Gucci-end job for Douglas last month, my expectations are getting too high.

Back to life, back to reality....

You need to give Albatross a try for Gucci-end jobs, totally different world compared to MF and TNS
