I don't think any of the stores have even seen the video brief in their training. One guy was really good, the others have been appalling, but none have been anything like the video.

I have only done 4 and another 2 to go, but none of them have them followed the video. IMHO the shop would need to employ more staff as they all seemed understaffed to do what's in the video.

I don't think it's even that, with the ones I've done, there's been other staff out the back, (I saw one yesterday open the door, see the queue and do a swift U-turn) just not serving.
Yes it's overwhelming, but what else can we do?
Get jobs in offices and wake up for the morning commute?

TNS phone reports getting easier, same old service in all shops, but thankfully so quiet someone does at least speak to me straight away.

I've not had any issues in any of mine with the staffing levels. The staff have had plenty of time to serve me, they've generally been friendly and helpful, they've done their best to find me a deal, but very little that they've said or done resembles the video. I think this new selling format might need a little bedding in. :rotfl:

I'm not sure if words spread around their shops, but I did one today and there were actually more staff than customers on the shop floor.

For anyone that still works for AA; the brief for their outdoor store has changed, make sure you've read it before you accept.

Have they increased the fee for these? I've not seen AA be so generous.
