Has anyone else been assigned AQ car jobs for October, if so, am I being stupid somewhere?
The email says 3 things to do before commencing calls:
1) You insert your expected call date in all your questionnaires. If you are not sure how to do this, please click HERE to find the guidelines - I click HERE and it tells me that I will find the survey under Shop Log, which it isnt as the surveys links have been emailed as they are on a different system. Then I go in via the link but it wont let me insert any date!
2) Carefully read the briefing document. You find this in our system, HERE, and go to 'LOG' - Nope, it is not HERE, I can only assume the briefing document is the document entitled Instructions attached to the email.
3) Perform the online test before you perform any of the calls - It's a secret test, but I am hazzarding a guess that I've chosen the correct one, but when I click on it nothing happens.
I'm a tad stressed with this as I only got email through at 1pm today with the first call being scheduled for tomorrow morning. I have emailed AQ but as of yet no reply, and I have to go out shortly so cant spend much more time on it right now.
Also, no mention has been made of fee for the job so I hope I am not doing it for free!

RA's station jobs seem to have had a little welcome change in their brief, now when visiting a bar or pub you MUST have an alcoholic drink...
Oh go on then, if you insist :-)
Mind they seem to have moved Scotland to England, I think Mr Salmond should be told...0 -
Am I getting overly cynical about the quality of proof reading going off recently?
Q: Please add any additional comments as necessary to support your answers
A: The items listed as being present were present.
The items listed as not being present were not present.
If I don't, I know they're going to ask something banal.Yes it's overwhelming, but what else can we do?

I wish RM would move all those jobs they have up in Scotland down to England!0 -
Well that was a first; just been entirely ignored for 5 minutes whilst the regional manager gave a shop floor briefing on making sure they scored well on mystery shops. :rotfl:0

Had my daily "Check these out" email from MF.
Decided to check them out - looking into 1 job - the reimbursement doesn't even cover the 2 minimum purchases of the job.
Will keep deleting the emails then...Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?
