Hi all. Does anyone know what RA are like if you can't take a photo of a store front in a shopping mall because of security guards not allowing it? Will they pay or not? I will give them a buzz tomorrow but was just wondering if there was any point in my doing the report if they say no.
I'm all phone shopped and station shopped out! Done 12 of 22 reports. It's going to be an all nighter and I have work first thing tomorrow morning! Eeeeek.0 -
Does anyone actually do work for IMS? I recently got signed on to their website because they're desperate for someone to take all the work round here. I'm not surprised no-one wants it, they pay peanuts and if you don't get the result they want, they only pay your mileage, which is half of the standard rate! They can keep their work. I'm not going to try and sales talk NHS health care providers, it's not their role.Minimalist

On GR, does anyone know how I can extend my mile radius?
I live 8 miles from 3 of the supermarkets it uses and it only e-mails me when the one just over 2 miles away.0 -

In the my details tab you can add postcodes of your home and up to 4 other areas where you can carry out visits. Just find out the postcodes for the supermarkets in question and put them in your available areas0 -

Decided to check them out - looking into 1 job - the reimbursement doesn't even cover the 2 minimum purchases of the job.
Will keep deleting the emails then...
I'm always tempted to reply and let them know why nobody has accepted them..0 -

I used to, but am currently reconsiderring that standpoint, I used to do a lot for them, now I'm going to have to be more choosy.Yes it's overwhelming, but what else can we do?

I've done occasional bits and pieces for them, but I don't actually like merchandising very much so I've not bothered with a lot of what's been offered. I did read that brief though and I cannot comprehend why anyone would accept those jobs. You're going to make a loss if you don't succeed in your pitch, and even if you do succeed you're only making peanuts. It's a big risk for very little reward.0 -

Ouch, not fun.
What I normally do in shopping centres is go up a floor, lean on the barrier like I'm sending a text, and take a picture down through the hole if that makes sense (bad explanation I know)?
Another trick I use is make sure I get a bit of physical evidence that I've been to a place (til receipt, business card written details of a deal presented, brochure with the outlet's stamp on), so if I can't get a picture, I can scan that as proof.Yes it's overwhelming, but what else can we do?

Got my first ever assignment (take a tour of a gym) nervous and just wanted to post somewhere!
They sent me a questionnaire and I have to remember so many things and so many names, anyone got any tips? I don't want to be making notes as I go along as it will make me look suspicious.
Saving for a year in Japan.
I need around £10,000. Help me get there! :cool:0
