    Well, it's been a week of firsts. I've just had to put a major client's account on stop due to none-payment.
    Yes it's overwhelming, but what else can we do?
    Get jobs in offices and wake up for the morning commute?

    well that was a first; just been entirely ignored for 5 minutes whilst the regional manager gave a shop floor briefing on making sure they scored well on mystery shops. :rotfl:

    Think they've backed down, I don't reckon they liked the prospect of me going into store and removing something I'd installed for them.

    I'm getting a bit tired of their passive aggressive emails, pay the rate for the length of time the job will take and don't penny pinch the mileage and then people will take the damn jobs.
