  • Having an issue with gapbusters. Trying to fill in my first report for them and got a bank details error, I have provided bank details but still getting an error.

    Contacted them but theh are asking for my iban and other bits too, not sure if this is normal from them

    It's normal and you should be able to find it on your bank account statement.

    Has anyone ever had MF increase the fee for a glasses visit? I'm quite tempted to do one but not for that fee. Hell no! Thanks.

    Yes, it was one that was not shifting. Also decent travel allowance. Always worth emailing the contact shown on the assignment notes.

    At a guess I would say some have been editing the scans in something like Photoshop, half the problem is they penny pinch shoppers so some try and get one over on them.

    I think it's just their system preferences rather than fabricating of images.

    All my scans are saved as jpegs and they have been accepted so far. I don't do a great many jobs for them though.
