Yes!
Did a car dealership and the guy clearly couldn't be bothered. When he finally asked if I wanted to go ahead and buy the car I explained I had a couple of other garages to go to before making a final decision. He said the manager would like to meet me and he would just get him.
I waited nearly 15 minutes before standing up. There was "my" salesman chatting and joking with his mates at the back of the showroom. They saw me looking and scuttled off to an office. I followed. At this point they sheepishly came out and told me the manager was on the phone and they were waiting for him.
Luckily, this was a video mystery shop :rotfl:0 -
Just for laughs.....Today's little email convo with TNS went a bit like this:
TNS: Hello
I notice that the last time that you conducted a visit to this store was now more than 4 months ago, as a result of this you would be eligible to do this visit again. We currently are looking for someone to shop this location any time between today and Saturday 9th. If you would be interested in doing this please get back to us as soon as possible.
Thanks in advance,
ME:
Hi XXX,
I can complete this shop on Wednesday for a fee of £20.
TNS:
Hello,
Can you do £15?
Me:
No, but I can do it for £25!
TNS: HI XXX,
We’ll have to leave it for now – we can’t justify adding another £5 to what you offered previously for no reason I’m afraid.
Kind regards,
I just couldn't resist...they are forever plaguing me with emails and wasting my time. Thought I'd see how desperate they were, not very apparently. Perhaps now they'll stop wasting my time!Minimalist

I had assumed that A was the highest shopper level, but then I noticed that an A shopper can't do small convenience stores which aren't complicated at all (so why wouldn't they be eligible to do them?). Of course, I then sat here and thought "why am I even worrying about this?"
I amused myself and looked for my grade its a C12 (whatever that means). MF scoring seems to be equally as meaningless as it just accumulates each time you do a job.
I agree that Tern is the best for scoring as they do tell you where you go wrong and allows you to improve your scores. With React I never know why I score 10 for one assignment and then do it again 3 months later and get 8 as far as I am aware the standard of the reports are the same. Came to conclusion that it is subjective and depends who is doing the review.0 -

I have just had MF reject a scanned receipt for a bookie job and got a proof reading query raised. This is going to affect my grading because I am going to keep submitting scanned receipts. Why do I bother with this company? Oh yeah I enjoy the free bet!0
