Hates when a company comes bak to you a month after you've done a job and expects you to be able to give them additional info on the spot!!! Do they think we do no other work in between and just have their info to hand in case!!!

I hates when a company tells you to carry on with a job despite you warning of a technical problem, you spend an additional 3 hours of your time and fuel, they pay you, then decide 2 months later actually they cant accept it and need to deduct what theyve paid you from this months pay...

And it is always needed by the end of the day or they can't pay you too, some companies need a reality check sometimes.

MF are great at this, however most of the time they have alrady paid you and on other occasions I have ignored and all of a sudden the job has gone through with pending payment. TNS are another company who seem to enjoy dredging up an enquiry after the money is in your bank account

You guessed it...the app is slow and sticky...also you are left standing in an aisle in a manner that makes you look like very conspicuous and almost thefty...not a good look!!!

RA have explained their scoring and looks like its going to be on show for you to see your score as they are now grading!

Its it a pity they don't put some effort into increasing their poor fees - as they can't shift the jobs as it is and grading shoppers wont help
I often wonder what sort of quality report the end client gets given the low fees involved.
