yes some of these code words are very cryptic! It's the green supermarket chain that slaps their bums in their adverts - "that's xxxx price!!!"0

I completed a toy store visit for RA recently. They've just paid me half of the fee I was expecting. This was a purchase and return scenario and they have always been the same fee which was reasonable. I've logged into their website, but they've dropped the fee on there too! I am certain it wasn't that low when I signed up for this visit. Can anyone help? This is certainly the last work I'm ever doing for them- I mean this fee is worse than a pittance!!!!! I am disgusted.Minimalist

Well this is going to be interesting. 18 Year old student trying to get a mortgage without having any payslips from anyone but MS company's which I can't show. How the hell is this going to work.0

Not this is my business - but should you pick up this assignment? Normally the banks/insurance assignments have quite strict criteria and usually you have to be earning above X and not a student and be credit checked. If you don't match the criteria in the brief and do the assignment there is a risk you won't get paid.0 -

I said that when they phoned me asked about and told me just to say I got a big inheritance.0 -

Depends on how detailed the scenario is going to be but anything other than a brief overview and you will come unstuck IMO.
It's not just a case of slapping down a sizable deposit due to an inheritance. You still need to be able to have credible income to show that you can afford the monthly mortgage repayments.
If it was an investment scenario then fair enough but what they have told you is not going to get over the monthly repayment issue and if your income from the inheritance is hundreds a pounds a month and enough to cover a monthly mortgage then why wouldn't you be buying outright?
I would put your concerns in writing and get them to offer up their solution in writing so that if it goes tits up it is down to them and not you.0 -

Some of the financial projects offer a very good fee. Depends who the MSC is, ESA and you are probably right. Elsewhere possibly not.0
