I'm looking to visit a telecommunications store on Easter Sunday... what are the chances of it being open!? As it affects my visit dates if it is it's greatly helpful.

Can't really phone and ask or they'll know to be careful on Easter Sun - who plans a visit specifically for that day!

Have you checked their website? They may have the easter opening times listed.

I went to a WELL KNOW POSH FOOD STORE in a hospital recently (nothing to do with MS so hopefully ok to name) and the receipt stated that it was operated by WH Smith Travel Ltd.

Yup. I've done three in hospitals all run by different companies.

    In other news...

Doesn't look like we will see GAP chicken for a while, it seems as though there may be some negotiations going on but it wont be anything instant!

No more MS. They are doing online survey instead and offering customers 20% off their next purchases.

Thats been happening for a while now. As are many companies, I've noticed that this doesn't always replace traditonal MS'ing as there are measurables that aren't captured in customer surveys.

I haven't done very many, but I must admit I wasn't convinced by the timings they wanted. Overcomplicated things in my opinion.

The last one I did was a new one and service was dire. They certainly hadn't got the knack of clocking a mystery shopper!

Perhaps it is my mention of a certain food store but this was not mystery shopping related in my example as I stated. Not sure otherwise.
