What's the jammiest MS job you've ever had?

Thought this might be an interesting topic. I've had a few where you get to keep an expensive product (jewellery and makeup circa £40) but I've not found the items worth the price anyway.

The jammiest one I've ever done is a 4* hotel visit - made me very happy as it's something I could never have afforded! I got very lucky I think and refreshed the job board at right time!

Not exactly jammy, as in a great product, but a great pay day.

I was on holiday last year and had a request from TNS to carry out one of their onerous phone shop visits. I played it really hard and got a fantastic premium. I then picked up the exact same shop, for GfK, and managed another great premium. Never had such a great payday for one visit :)

Speaking of nice reimbursed stuff, do people open it/take the tags off before they get paid or do they keep the bags unopened in case the job gets rejected/company goes under etc?

She says looking at a pile of bags awaiting payday.

If I'm going to keep it for myself anyway, unless it's cheap, I keep it pristine until I'm paid which is hard sometimes!

If it's something I don't want I'll put it on ebay straight away as it doesn't matter if I'm not paid for it - not that it's ever happened but you never know!

5 days in Spain count? All thanks to MF.

I've a few plane trips and ferry rides to the Scottish Islands coming up too.

A free return flight of my choice + double feein order to do 2 urgent air side coffee visits. I was told I didn't have to travel if I didn't want just let airline know after. .. As if. A week in Greece visiting friends and 2 duty free visits either side made it a good trip

I'm due to do an assignment today. The problem is, I have to make a small purchase and the venue I am going to doesn't sell anything!

I emailed the company on Wednesday to ask if I could do it without a purchase and haven't received a response.

    What would you do:-

    a) wait until I get a reply?
    b) do it anyway and hope it goes through?
    c) drop it - life is too short?

Probably a bit late now, but I'd get some form of physical artefact, be it a business card, a written quotation, compliments slip, queue ticket, item of furniture...
Yes it's overwhelming, but what else can we do?
Get jobs in offices and wake up for the morning commute?

I've had a few really good visits. One was a day at the races with 2 meals included. Another was a 3 night stay for my family (2 adults and 2 children) at a well known, upmarket holiday park.

But the best was a price checking job just before Christmas about 5 years ago. I was given a list of 250 items to purchase from a particular supermarket. As the competitor (who had commissioned the price check) wanted the receipt only, I was allowed to keep all the items. And I got a fee as well.

That sounds great Stardoman, shopping with someone else's list and then keeping the items.:T

Not a mystery shop, but a week working full time doing an open audit in a nice central London hotel, 3 meals a day, travel paid for and getting paid a little under a couple of phone shops per hour while on duty. The actual job was the easiest thing I've ever done for a living.

I've also been known to do a few fancy car jobs, some would be impressed, but I drive nice cars in my day job quite a bit, so it's just another day at the office in that regard.

    It's a hard life sometimes.

i guarantee you havent defleeted what im driving next week, you may even be impressed :rotfl:
