Does anyone know which other agency does the React coffee shops? In my area React seem to do the same shops although there are others in the area and not sure why React don't cover these....

In the same line of thinking I can't see why MF target the same cheap sandwich shops each month and not others in the area. I see ones 15 miles away and not the local towns where a branch is located? I know it's not my settings as I pick up jobs in MF in these towns. I am curious as to why the same shops keep coming up whilst others don't?

It is odd isn't it. I notice the same. I wonder if it is to do with the franchisee rather than the company itself as I notice this a lot with the burger people visits a lot of which belong to the same particular franchise company. Just a thought.

I thought the coffee shops belong to a corporate who own a pub chain? Pity React don't get more as they come up each month and are restricted by the 90 day rule. React are a bit random in their allocations and I seem to get ones which don't fit with other work in the area so more wary about applying for jobs.

Cheers - but I dropped it. First MS I've done that for. Last straw was an email reminding me it was on a tight timescale for reporting. They managed to send me an email chasing a report, but couldn't respond to tell me how to do the assignment.

They do, they also franchise the brand too, the React jobs are for a franchisee rather than the main brand.

That does make sense and is what I suspected, but didn't know, so thanks for the info. Graeme. I imagine it is thanks to this arrangement that a good number of MS visits are available to us all due to the fact that the brand want to protect their name and image and need this checking from time to time. It's surprising just how many well known outlets are parts of a franchise, I went to a M&S in a hospital recently (nothing to do with MS so hopefully ok to name) and the receipt stated that it was operated by WH Smith Travel Ltd.
