Not good, they can't even be bothered to refer to the footage taken to compile the report!
That's a bit beyond belief. I use a covert mic (temp recording, never given to client) when doing report based, for no other reason than to help me out if I forget something.Yes it's overwhelming, but what else can we do?

The promised interim expenses payment for the ESA train shops is in. No explanation as yet of how they have come to the figure they've coughed-up, but on first glance it looks on the stingy side. Now got over two and a half grand worth of tickets sat on my credit card.0

Did anyone have a problem with registration on the ABAi page, it says The page could not be validated successfully. This is due to javaScript being disabled on your browser. I already have it enabled (it's a default setting on Firefox). Tried default Chrome and IE as well. Don't know what I'm doing wrong.0

It's a while since I signed up but their site isn't the most reliable, I wouldn't stress too much they don't have a lot of clients/jobs.0
