Doesn't Magic's little grey sibling, on the left in the picture, look like he has some Ragdoll in him?

Would Magic be allowed a little tinned tuna in Spring Water? I offer that to get my boys appetite going. He loves it mashed up in the juice. Just check there are no bones in it and make sure its spring water not brine.

In terms of pooing under sofa, I was just wondering if she prefers it there because it's dark and I guess it could feel kind of safe and private?
Was wondering whether it would be worth trying putting litter tray in a box on its side to try to mimic the conditions to see if that helps?

Do think the eye looks much better, when I found the 3 ferel kittens, all 3 had cat flu, had to have injections (think they had bronchitus/phneumonia as well- darn I can't spell!) and eye drops to clear up the eye condition. I was told to put 3 drops in each eye, 3 times per day. There were 3 black kittens and for one reason or another, maybe I got one cat mixed up with others or lost track with all the drops which missed the kittens and landed on the floor, or maybe it was just weaker, but one of the 3 kittens ended up with a scar over one eye where the infection had been and that scar never went away. Magic looks better in that pic than my kitten had.

Tuna is really not good for cats, but especially for such tiny kittens as it contains far too much salt. Her kidneys will struggle to process it. There is absolutely no difference in salt content between tuna in brine or spring water either.

Are pilchards the same? When my elderly dog was getting so she didn't want to eat much a tin of pilchards went down a treat.
  • When my kittens were 3 or 4 weeks, my vet told me they can have boiled chicken (and boiled rice), which they absolutely loved. It was the first solid food they had.

Thanks ~Chameleon~ I'm so bloomin new at this I'm useless ! You're a wee star for all the advice ! Had the rest of the tuna on a roll for my lunch :o Shame though Dimey because she loved it lol , will put the rest in the kitten shower donation box as CPL asked for tuna & sardines for trapping the mamas, so wont go to waste :). Am boiling up some chicken and rice ( thanks pink panther ) and will try her with that, have left normal kitty food out too in case she gets a taste for it !
You guys are all brill :A I feel like I'm not trying to do this alone and that is a huge weight off my mind xxx

Got tons of donations for the kitten shower and so far only 3 people have replied to the invite using the words " You are mental " lol
