Working my way through my work list. Just wrote about 100 calling cards which is prep work, next I need to do the personal ones to go out on Wednesday to let people know whats arriving & when. But first I'm going to make something to eat. What I don't know, but I have a feeling it'll be "fall out" (aka whatever falls out the food storage into my hand :rotfl:) if I can find something other than fruit to eatCreeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0

Right, bathroom sink and loo have been done but I've not done the bath on account of having thrown caustic soda down the plughole! I don't want any potential adverse chemical reactions!
Have decided that, as the original Italian Job is on the TV (on freeview!) at 7pm I'm going to indulge myself and watch it - I can use the family do that's on Weds as my excuse to do nothing but sit and paint my toe nails for a while as I watch it!I am the leading lady in the movie of my life

No flying done in the house yet but the front hedges are now all cut and I've edged round the garden. Just need to brush all up and then cut the lawn. The hedge has had a good bit took off it makes it so much easier to see the taxi coming up and a tree has had the top cut off so the leaves aren't falling into and blocking my guttering. Even drug the drain thing out for when the rain comes. Feet are now sore but i'll soak them later.
OH's CPN came up today, haven't seen him in months seems he's been off on the sick. Poor man who I will say has been a godsend to me and the family is up for a disaplinery (sp) meeting so he's asked me to write a letter to back him up. I need to have it done by tomorrow, i'm so crap at this things but it needs to be done he's one of the good guys who really goes out of his way. I just hope it works out and he continues to be OH's CPN.
Better go and finish this garden...“Life is short, live it. Love is rare, grab it. Anger is bad, dump it. Fear is awful, face it. Memories are sweet, cherish it.”0 -
It rained so hard the guttering overflowed.
Washing is now back on the line.
vanilla good luck with that letter. The CPN sounds like one of the good guys. Just write from your heart and give instances of his attention to duty and professionalism. Don't worry about spelling or grammar just get it down in time to help him.0 -
