I have done my accounts up to date and guillotined a huge pile of scripts and call sheets into scrap pads. It took hours, but that bit of decluttering will last me a year or more, hopefully. Another WM load going on tonight, and our bed tomorrow and then I will be up to date. I'll do some cleaning at some point; it's been at least a fortnight since I flashed up anything other than bathroom S&Ss.

When I adopted Mrs Dog, her description said she enjoyed a gentle game with a ball. I've waited a couple of months to give her a chance to settle in as she showed no interest in toys to begin with. Today, I shut the communal garden gates and gently lobbed a ball about 2' in front of her. She looked most alarmed.
    Better is good enough.

  • What a beautiful baby, congratulations pigpen.

Thanks for your advice Rowan Tree, putting the house to bed is a great idea, makes getting up a whole lot easier.

Have cleaned right through today, ( well dusted and hoovered) and intend to keep up with the lists next week.

Thanks to you all, reading all your posts have really inspired me, let my first whole flylady week begin. X
  • Dog walked, blackberries picked, roast dinner scoffed. DH washed up. I made blackberry & apple crumble . While it was in the oven I cleaned the fridge. It has been on my to do list all week! I needed to find a space for the left over chicken.

I have just listed 28 items on ebay. Fingers crossed they sell at decent prices!

I think I will crush a bit of candy now. I may pop outside in a while to see if I can spot the international space station, and a few meteors :)
