I'm in this week the best I can. I have paid stuff Wed & Thur but then I should in theory be done until September

DD is going away overnight again today so before I tackle the 'official' list I have a few things to do before ex turns up about 11am. She's done the ironing she needed to do, now its just getting packed and washed etc.

Dailies:
Wash up MTWTFSS
Beds MTWTFSS
S&S Bathroom MTWTFSS
S&S Kitchen MTWTFSS
HHTidy before bed MTWTFSS
Accounts MTWTFSS
Project MTWTFSS

Work:
Check online invoice
Returns (remind sis to drop hers off)
Change bags
Calling Cards
Decide on how many books to order for next campaign
Tax return
Shredding
Wed - deal with delivery, put out calling cards to customers
Thur - deliver orders

Other:
Ironing
Mending pile / labels

Monday Minging & Flinging- Bathroom and Study/Pc Area
15 minutes...
Clear floors of guff and stuff
Got 30 minutes to spare...
Clean baths, toilets, don't forget the outside! and sinks
Clear any clutter from desk
Dust PC and desk and wipe off those cup rings!!
Wipe keyboard, house phone, sockets, switches and mouse etc
Have an hour...
Wash your bathroom mats
Wipe down tiles in bathroom.. defragment your pc while doing this.
Empty and clean out all the upstairs bins!
Sweep and mop and deslop the floors in these rooms.
Extra mission: Take your pick!

• Wipe the skirtings, door and window frames in these rooms
• Empty the cupboard and clean it out.. colour ordered bottles inside!
• Fling all those empty bottles and tubes
• If you have a shelf.. empty and clean it
• Grab yourself a toothbrush and scrub the manky bits between the tiles

Off to try and get dressed. I need to find a vest top that doesn't touch my sunburn

Morning all

Sunny here but rain is forecast for later.

There are two very old, toothless men doing some work to my next door neighbour's drainpipe - they have an ancient looking ladder and a scaffold tower thing that looks older than them :eek: It is like watching the chuckle brothers as they shuffle around, leaning on their truck for support and gurning.

Anyway... it's DS's birthday so I've cook his requested breakfast of sausage, bacon & mushrooms. DD has been allotted the task of clearing the kitchen & running the hoover round.

WM & DW will be in action soon.

Welcome Maddy, welcome home Rowan Tree!, 'come home now' vibes to Ollie cat, 'cool down & go away' vibes for nicki's blisters/sunburn & a huggle for GI's DD.

We're off on hols on Sat and I'd like some progress made in this house this week whilst also managing some fun with kids at times!

Morning all i'm back in again.. didn't get much of a chance to look at thread over the weekend. DD had her big appointment on Friday to decide if she would need surgery, the doctor says she's doing fantastic and she (the doctor) can't believe the difference in her from march so no surgery needed...:j:j:j:j:j:jI'm over the moon and such a relief to hear.

DS! and DS2 had their joint birthday party on Saturday, 15 kids, a bouncy castle and big open field. Decided to kick everyone out to the field and we had a bbq in the hay shed (place is empty waiting on a new floor) so house stayed tidy. Boys loved it and i'm hoping the kids did too, thankfully my sister and BIL where here to help plus hubby who was actually fab. :eek: He normally sleeps when these things are going on.

So all back to normal this week, OH has an appointment this morning at the dual dia clinic and that should be his last one. Then I've oil coming in the afternoon so that will be full. Think i'll get the coal next week so we should be ready heat wise for winter.

Right best get everyone up.

Hello all. We got back on Saturday evening from our holiday and I have about 10 loads of washing to do. We were straight out in the evening Saturday so only got 2 done and then out all day yesterday so only got 2 done. Unfortunately, the first load I did on Saturday has only just dried :eek: in spite of being in the drier for about 6 hours :eek:.
Hence DD and I being on the sofa in our pjs as we have no clothes and DS having gone out in his school trousers as he has no clothes . Hopefully the rest of the stuff will dry quicker because I have all of my nephews clothes to wash and give back to his mum.
She babysat on Saturday, it's a shame she didn't see fit to do anything with the washing even though I asked her to shuffle another couple of loads through.
I'm off this week and need to get the washing under control before I feel able to tackle much else as there is just so much of it. I do think it could be the perfect opportunity to make DD tidy her drawers out though.

Hope missing muggy turns up. Our poor girly is lucky she has a flap after idiot DH bolted the door so the neighbours couldn't get in to feed her. They ended up going round the side and calling her and watching her eat bless them.
It looks almost as thou I could try risking some line drying but I have a line full of wet stuff which I forgot was out when we went on holiday so it needs to come in and be washed. Most of it will be ruined by the sun .
DS is turning my lounge into an origami factory too!
