Morning all, did the drop off for kids doing an activity this morning. Then decided to come home and get my lot up, OH was looking after them and then PIL wanted him to help them. I've managed to get Ozzy's room all fresh, cleared livingroom, wiped kitchen tops, took dogs for a walk and load dw and wm.

Need to make a few phone calls now, head back to school, lift kids from there activity and then hopefully head home to do abit more flying before heading to babysit tonight.

mrs-moneypenny, i'm just a helper for the charity. They have a big open day soon so it's abit crazy at the moment. I suppose I do end up with most of the jobs that people don't want. I'm hoping I can put all this down on my CV for when I start looking for work or maybe it would turn into a paid job but we'll see.

Entrance hall, inner hall and bathroom all blitzed within an inch of their lives. I baulked at checking the bath supports as I think it's time OH did SOMETHING around here and I suspect it'll be spider central under there.

Checked the smoke alarms and the one in the entrance hall is kaput. I will pick up a new one when I nip out to buy something for dinner.

Quick coffee and ciggie as I wait for the iron to heat up, takes a good ten mins.

Monday Minging & Flinging- Bathroom and Study/Pc Area
Got 30 minutes to spare...
Clear any clutter from desk
Dust PC and desk and wipe off those cup rings!!
Wipe keyboard, house phone, sockets, switches and mouse etc
Have an hour...
defragment your pc while doing this.


Extra mission: Take your pick!

• Wipe the skirtings, door and window frames in these rooms - done in bathroom

Also extra for me:

• Take bag of 'stuff' to charity shop
• Post 2 things at PO

Tuesday Triumphs - Kitchen and Dining Room
30 minutes to spare..
Sweep and mop kitchen floor
Sort & clean oven and hob
Wipe dining table
Got an hour...
Wipe & declutter all the windows sills in these areas!! - done in dining room. half done in kitchen
[STRIKE]Clean cupboard door fronts and fronts of appliances .. don't forget those kick boards..[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Tumble dryer, cooker hood[/STRIKE] and dishwasher filters need to be done too!!



Extra Mission : help yourself

• [STRIKE]Clean the fridge.. it is smelly!! - inside done, outside needs wiping down
  (1000s of magnets to be removed first before I can do so!:p)[/STRIKE]

Wednesday Thllliiing!- Master Bedroom & Landing
30 minutes to spare..
Dust surfaces & make sure no cobwebs..
Vacuum & turn mattress before replacing with fresh linen..
Air the duvet
15 minutes floordrobe clearance

Extra tasks list, as usual choose one or more

• Clean windows in these rooms
• Do half hour clearing of the place you hate doing the most..

Just having a cuppa :coffee: and then I need to drop the stuff off at charity shop (maybe) get a couple of foody bits and pop into the charity where I volunteer and pick up people's expense claims (I'm treasurer) and maybe do a tip run with rubbish.... bleurgh

Thank you for the warm welcomes, have been to the midwife this morning and done a little bit of day job. Need to juggle between the two to sort out this place.

[STRIKE]Clean [STRIKE]baths[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]toilets, don't forget the outside![/STRIKE] and sinks[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Clear any clutter from desk [/STRIKE]
Dust PC and desk and wipe off those cup rings!!
Wipe keyboard, house phone, sockets, switches and mouse etc
Have an hour...
Wash your bathroom mats, nets, clean blind/curtains, shower curtains etc
Wipe down tiles in bathroom.. defragment your pc while doing this.
Empty and clean out all the upstairs bins!
Sweep and mop and deslop the floors in these rooms.
Collect all the dirty laundry
Extra mission: Take your pick!
Wipe the skirtings, door and window frames in these rooms
Empty the cupboard and clean it out.. colour ordered bottles inside!
Fling all those empty bottles and tubes
If you have a shelf.. empty and clean it
Grab yourself a toothbrush and scrub the manky bits between the tiles

Dust any extra furniture in dining area, checking for cobwebs on way round
Wipe and replace all those small appliances.. kettle, toaster etc
Wipe & declutter all the windows sills in these areas!!
Clean cupboard door fronts and fronts of appliances .. don't forget those kick boards..
Check those washing machine filters and drawers for ickiness!! Tumble dryer, cooker hood and dishwasher filters need to be done too!!

Vacuum & turn mattress before replacing with fresh linen..

Got an hour..
Vacuum floors in bedroom and on landing
Sort through a cupboard and find 10 things to get rid of!
Freshen up any curtains or bedding that needs doing!

34 fling boogie time, go on grab a bag and clear that clutter
Clean all the upstairs door frames
Clean windows in these rooms
Do half hour clearing of the place you hate doing the most..

Bathroom all cleaned and the shower room. HSL in progress but I needed lunch.

Off to see if I can temp DS3 to eat an ice lolly.

I am thinking it is time DS1 pulled his weight around here. It must be like living in a hotel, for him. He was very helpful before he started shift work and had the love of his life in the States!

Well the loo is clean and tidy and bins emptied.
Tiddles has done a reasonable job vacuuming.. far from perfect but much better.. obviously a big yelling session works wonders!
Moomin clearing her pit.. I have found Dots missing shoe in there so she got told off for that too. I feel like I have done nothing but yell or cry for the last 3 days.. I REALLY need to get some hormones straightened out lol.

Having a cuppa then on to sort the bathroom.. I made a start on it but it is pretty gruesome in there. The recycling and bins went out and I washed the door and the floor behind the door where the wash basket lives.. but the rest of the room is a pit.

*mentally punch OH in the head*

I really don't like him very much today! ... I don't like anyone else either but there you go

Dot just bit her tongue really hard and is going to sleep on the sofa by the look of her now she has calmed down.. that restricts my downstairs vacuuming.. which means I have to go stand over the boys and yell at them.. oh the chore of such a task
