Just to let you all know that I received a call from the EE 'win back team' today and the gentleman offered me unlimited mins, unlimited texts and 4GB of data for 11.99 per month. It is a 30day rolling contract which is great as it doesn't tie me in for a year etc.

previous to this, I handed in my cancellation, got my PAC code and phoned EE retentions many times and was not offered anything close to this.

I think receiving the call is pot luck as I know many people in my family have never received this call affter cancelling.

Probably due to the news that things are changing. For instance, some companies, IE car phone warehouse are now data to be rolled over, and you use the old first. Other companies such as EE are doing other things. No doubt there will be a feature in the press soon.

Provided you talk and text and surf all day every day, yes.
To need that amount doesn't leave much time for eating,sleeping,working etc.

I think this is a fantastic offer.

I tried to renewal today, and was offered the following:

option one:
4000 minutes
unlimited text messages
6GB data
total price: £10.00 a month

option two:
2700 minutes
3GB data
total price £7.75 a month

option 3
2500 minutes
unlimited text messages
2GB data
total price £6.50 a month

i thought these were very good offers. I said i would get back to them

in the last three months i have used:

1900 minutes
15 text messages
1/2 gb data

Hi, I'm looking for a SIM Only 12 months contract, which has cheap EU roaming charges.

At the moment I'm with EE (24 months expensive tariff) and when I travel in any EU country all calls and texts are included in my plan i.e. they just count as normal calls/texts made in the UK.

Soon my contract will expire and I was looking for a SIM only deal with another provider and get some cashback from Quidco.
The SIM only deals with EE charge you £2 a day for using your phone in other EU countries, which I don't like.
Any suggestion?

I called back again today.

Surprisingly, I got through to the same advisor from the loyalty team.

Firstly I was offered:

1000 minutes
2GB data
unlimited text messages
total: £6.50 per month.

I asked the advisor to look through my usage over the last few months.

The advisor came back a few minutes later, and reported i was using alot of minutes each month:

2000 minutes used in october 2015
1500 minutes used in November 2015
1700 minutes used in December 2015

I was offered a second tarrif:

2500 minutes
2.5GB data
unlimited text messages
total:£6.50 per month (50% discount - original price £13 a month)

the second offer was a slightly better offer than option 3 above.

with offers changing all the time from advisors, i decided to accept.

I think this is a fantastic offer. This will be the start of my third year with talktalk mobile, clearly this company can not be beaten on price, im so glad i am a customer - thankyou talktalk, a happy chappie here
