Any items that have gone up in price is because they were from the last sale.
If anybody has reserved items online then you will not have to pay the higher price when you collect. The price you reserve at is the price you pay on the day of collection.

Just been to Index in Barrow, they will honour any sale price items BUT you have to have the printed out sheet from the internet in order to honour it..I just had he reservaion numbers and they had gone up!! The only other way they would honour prices if you had the leaflet which they recalled in.What a nusiance.I wished upon a star tonight that I would see you once more,
To hold you in my arms and tell you how much I love you,
To hear your voice, to kiss your cheek oh for just one more time,
But all I have are memories and a heart full of love and tears.0 -

when you guys say the printed internet sheet, is it the click&reserve printed sheet (which doesnt mention the price but only reservation number) or do oyu mean a screengrab showing the cheaper price of the item(s)???A shadowy flight into the dangerous world of a man who does not exist.

I sent the husband in to get a couple of toys that I'd reserved and this is what they said to him: bit odd as that's not what they say on the website.
I thought he'd have a problem but apparently it was fine, all I gave him was the reservation number, didn't have a printout.
They also said that all promotions had been cancelled and the shop looked really bare: no price tags or posters.0 -
I collected a Sony NW-E55, a Sharp GX-15 and the £2.99 voltmeter yesterday at Index, East Kilbride.
They came up at full price on the tills but after I gave them JUST a print of the ring-and-reserve reservation number, they phoned customer services and gave me all three for £89.97.
Believe it or not, we actually WANTED all three items - I've got a duff bedroom light to check out this weekend, I need a Vodafone mobile as I'm going to work on the Isle of Lewis (Vodafone has the only good coverage there and the ONLY coverage where we're going to rent a house!) and the other half wanted a MP3 player.

Picked up the Sharp mobile phone and Driver3 PS2 game at sale price, no problems.
Just quoted the cashier the reserve number and she said £49.97 for the phone and £10.99 for the game .
Had reserved them on Wednesday and picked them up today.0
