Sony cybershot W1 seems to be £235 min elsewhere (including kelkoo), £199.99 on index.

Samsung Digimax 430 £125-£135 elsewhere on web, £109.00 on index

Minolta Dimage x20 about £125-£130 on web, £79.99 at index (possibly without about £5 worth of extra SD card)

Went in this morning to collect a sandwich toaster and Halo 2 to be told they were yesterday's prices. After some discussion about how I was supposed to have until Friday the manager let me have them at the price I reserved. Meanwhile staff were tearing sale stickers off items. Strange one this....

Bradford Kirkgate Store sold me Halo 2 for £12.99 no probs, many thanks for the heads up ;)

Seems some of the sale items from yesterday have now been put back up again.
The Sony Walkman still says SALE HALF PRICE but now showing 99.99 when yesterday it was priced at 36.99. You can bet that when you turn up to collect your reserved items they will charge you the full price.
Not a patch on Argos for service.

bit of a shambles, isn't it? Right hand/left hand problem!

Might explain why Index haven't performed at all well over the last few years and why they are closing them down if they have been run like this

What a mess! Yesterday this looked like a great sale now they just look stupid, they still have the Half Price tags on things but they are back to normal price now and they seem to be trying to charge customers full price after they have reserved the day before at the cut price. I'm glad I didn't send my mum into Ashford on her lunch break to collect items for me cos I bet they would have told her a more expensive price! Fingers crossed the sale improves, they must have to get rid of the stuff!!

Luckily reserved a whole load of Leapster stuff at our local store (all reduced and sold out online).
Prices had all gone up but the store stillhonoured the cheaper price because we had reserved them. Saved us over £40!!
