Still fit tho :) I was wondering if the reason you feel cold sometimes is because your metabolism is very low because you eat so few calories which is of course linked to super longevity and looking young .
I doubt I eat few calories .... I nibble high calorie things without a second thought...

I think we will have a traditional roast Christmas lunch this year but almost certainly goose rather than turkey which DW finds too bland.

    Hmmm.
I've just been offered 8 legs of venison from a local farmer for xmas. He wants £50. Do you think that's two dear?
    I love turkey ....

I'd be prepared to try goose ... but I'd be disappointed if it were the only meat on offer if I didn't like it.

As for your last paragraph ... stick to your day job :P

michaels, I hope you took advantage of the £5 off Amex offer from small shops yesterday.
Sugar Puffs are "sugar posh", profiteroles are "sausage rolls"

We call creme caramel, wibble wobbles. Tinned spaghetti is called "tin", though anything else in a tin is called by its name.

I wish everybody'd do the quiet protests, without violence. Imagine if all wars ended today and were replaced by people simply standing and staring, or sitting, quietly.

No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

Since the foursquare promotion budget ran out i decided there was more money to be made from Amex by being a serial new customer so whereas last time i had 4 Amex to choose from for small shops this time i had non - closed the last one a month ago and was due to apply again on 1st December but waiting for a good topcashback on the preferred gold rewards so missed out yesterday. However the stoooze thang mentioned yesterday may also lead to free petrol :T
    I think....

Now you have to tell us some.

Worryingly my nieces asked fir when they met him ' do you sex her?'

He told them he didn't need to check closely I was definitely a girl. This confused them. But we now as a family tut at the girls interest but also use 'sexing'to mean dating/sleeping with. ' ooh, are they sexing?'

Like a pheasant means dead here. (On explaining the concept of death on demise of some some to barely toddling dn2 and her older sister...., not sure they would get it....knowing lots of kids ask about heaven or if they will be back for birthdays/Christmas/ when will they be back....my nieces, used to roadkill said....yeah, Dead. Like a pheasant.' And got on with the day.

Um....not sure what else. ( I'm sure they are not as bad as those two incidents could make them sound......)
