I need to make those sausage rolls.... it'll make the room warm and the room'll smell nice too (Eau d'Meat).
Not yet though - it's too cold to stand up and faff about with food right now.0 -
Lj......
Its like the watches......
Tell us about the people, then we can tell you about the jewellery.
I think this is a bit trickier, because there is much tat in this sector, but some gorgeous things too. I stand mesmerised by things that produce rainbows and have to hold firm.
First things first...
D they wear jewellery everyday/ are they married...if yes...what colour metal is this jewellery...this can be a big divide....e.g. NDG is a white metals gal and I am a warm metals one. I can adore something with silver/whitegold/platinum setting but feel its far to chic for me, and NDG has said the same about yellow gold, where as yellow gold, rose gold maybe, copper, make be feel more comfortably relaxed.0 -
Well I like them, but might not wear them LJ, it depends on what she likes and like lir, I go for warm metals as well.
I don't think unless you are showing it matters at all where his tail is and in my opinion, a tail cannot be too jaunty. Both my schnauzers have tails and seeing one with a docked tail, not that there are many left now, just looks disappointing.0 -
Thanks lir,
friend 1 - big personality. Wears v little jewellry. Necklaces off children. has a couple of rings. Wears a watch. Is a very childlike person (but very intelligent). Favourite thing in the world is tigger (except her kids obviously). Works, goes out occasionally but not a lot. Not married. Confident. Purple (ish) hair. Dresses well - mainly skirts. Tends to wear dark colours.
friend 2 - dark hair. Colourful character. Quite loud in personality. Swaps between wearing a fair few bright colours (usually summer), wears either black or cream/beige colours in winters I think. Again not married. Wears 2 rings. Does like necklaces. Laughs a hell of a lot. Also works full time. Doesn't drink.
Hope that helps, please ask if it doesn't.It's getting harder & harder to keep the government in the manner to which they have become accustomed.0 -

What colour and style are the rings....
Have you got any pics of their hands? :eek:0 -
No pics, but rings are both silver, a band & a small one with (I think) a small diamond or similar?
This applies to both btw! It's getting harder & harder to keep the government in the manner to which they have become accustomed.0 -

I like the first one. and would wear it. The second one is nice but not for me.
My take on swarovski jewellery is that you get a lot for your money. Obviously you can buy £4.99 pieces of jewellery from places, but once you hold them you can see they are tat and they generally break very quickly. If you want to buy jewellery and are not going to get real diamonds / gold/ silver then I think swarovski is the next best thing - established brand, crystals that act like crystals without pretending to be diamonds.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. True. Same goes for a lot of stuff that's profession, sometimes they make mistakes and cannot shift lines. Ask marks and Spencer's who do this in waves it seems.0
