    Phone Daft Questions:

    #1: Expandable Memory Slot: N

What does that mean? No card? Or what?

    #2: ... no AC adapter.

What does that mean? No way to recharge the batteries, so I'd have to buy a charger unit?

    Buy this!!!

    http://www.tesco.com/direct/tesco-mobile-motorola-moto-g-8gb-black/454-8906.prd

Read reviews first but this phone is the best (new) spec for anything anywhere near that price.

Great Android spec for the price (Tesco price is30 quid cheaper than I had seen it before) but not sure about the camera. Google own Motorola so software support should be good. You could pair this with the Sony camera I linked earlier. No memory card slot though....

Edit which means you can not add to the 8gb it has built in if you find you need more space....
    I think....

Edit: It means you only have the memory it comes with.

A timely post! When Pastures mentioned the helicopter crash in Glasgow I remembered you were the only NP that goes there a lot for gigs and outings. :o

These guys usually give good (unbiased) revues...

    http://www.engadget.com/2013/11/26/moto-g-review/

Personally I don't notice too much difference from my 3MP Sony 810I to my 13MP note 3.

They are all good in daylight but struggle in low light in comparison to cameras over say £200

    Happy Birthday PN!
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

Happy Birthday PN from me too. :)
Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. (Link permitted by forum team)
Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.

Morning Nice People, and happy birthday Pastures!

I have some news regarding Eurovision for anyone interested. This is all confirmed.

Mihai (Romania, 2006) will be entering the national final for Romania

Diana Gromova (JESC Belarus NF, 2008/10) has entered for the national final for Belarus, with a song written by a Spaniard, and recorded over the summer in London.

Alcazar are back together, and along with Shirley Clamp

If anyone wants any more, please feel free to PM me, as I will be around part of today, but not tonight. We're on 12th, and can be watched here. (6pm UK time)

    See you later!
