I can both depressurise and depressurise a system now too (some of the nice men did try and explain but it was easier being shown.....). Its very, very easy once you know the right bits. The only thing is two of our valves are some distance apart and it feels a bit like playing twister. :rotfl:

One of my many faults is that I'm always one to say "I told you so". http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=57804201&postcount=3988

No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

    You are welcome too. :)

Of course, it wasn't actually the problem, I can re pressurise and it doesn't make my system work! And then the pressure shoots up so I need to depressurise!

I never knew I would spend so much time looking at pressure valves. :rotfl:

Do we share a birthday? What is the chances of that. And coincidentally the numbers in my postcode also add to 9!

Posting from Spain. It is cold but sunny and we have done lots of walking.

Belated happy birthday, SC. I hope that you have a wonderful year ahead.

Curiously, we did lots of walking yesterday, too, as DW had an outpatients appointment at a hospital 5 miles away, and she doesn't use transport on the Sabbath. So, we walked over 10 miles. DW had chosen UCH, as it's a teaching hospital with a great reputation, but you have to take your appointments when you can get them or be put to the back of the queue.

The bonus was that the weather was fantastic here also. The walk across Hampstead Heath soon after dawn, with the sun shining was beautiful. That was quite an eye-opener for me, as I don't usually do dawn.

Just nuked half a baguette, with some cheese inside it. That's lunch done then :)

I love those Lidl part-baked baguettes. 39p for two, they're bigger than many supermarkets' versions. They cook up and taste lovely. Once cooked and sliced in half two halves fit perfectly into those plastic takeaway boxes, keeping them fresh :)

Nuking one, filled with cheese, cheese/beans, cheese/tomato, for just 15-20 seconds produces a great hot/filled baguette.

You have sold this so well we might have to go to lidl. What is the sealed shelf life if we buy in bulk?

Today we are at auditions for Annie. Both girls got through first call back. On the stage school audition both girls were offered 50 percent scholarships which unfortunately still leaves it far outside our affordability. There is a slight suspicion that perhaps all the auditionees were offered a discounted place at the newly opened branch or perhaps I am just a cynic...
    I think....

Hope the girls aren't too upset michaels.

I don't know about stage schools with branches but you well positioned to try the girls at the biggies like Sylvia young's which does weekend classes only if you are going to spend money on the enterprise. With out wanting to sound horrifically commercial I would suggest their look is probably pretty en vogue now, so if they have talent and training they might well get work.
