I should be feeling less sick by now, but I'm getting more sick - had to get off the train twice on the way home to throw up, and the last few days, I've been very sick indeed.

Anyone who is throwing up at all, let alone frequently, is entitled to whinge. Hope it improves soon, NDG.PasturesNew wrote: »It wouldn't be much of a party. One room, no heating, no food, no chairs, no table and the lights have blown in the kitchen 3'.
Also, no sounds, no music, no entertainment ... and a small portable TV with freeview channels.
Oh - and no booze. Only coffee is cheap Lidl instant and there's no tea.PasturesNew wrote: »Bring your own plates, glasses and cutlery then ..... I've not got those either
I've got some of these things, but in boxes/storage. I don't need glasses as I never have anybody round and I don't drink booze ..... I drink everything straight from the can, or from a mug.... I have 3 mugs.
... and you can bring a vacuum.... mine's broken, I need a new one. I'd ask you to bring a ladder so I can take the blown bulbs out .... but I've no spares anyway until I've got them out to find what fitting I need to buy.
It's a bit ... er.... basic here.
But there would be lots of nice people. And with all the NP squashed into one small room, the place would warm up just from the body heat. We can bring all the food/drink/plates/glasses etc, and we won't need a TV because we'll be too busy talking to each other.
It's not as though the basicness of your place would be a surprise to anyone who reads the thread. We would be coming for the company, not the decor and facilities.Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.0 -

Yes, thanks lir. Not in the UK at moment so will look into when I get back. I wanted to post thanks at time, but things had moved on about six pages.
Glad you are getting good results so far.
Incidentally, you've moved on in the mind of my auto correct, you are no longer lie, but bizarrely today you are lot, and ndg is msg. I can't bring myself to just call you lost, it sounds too sad. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

But .... given a choice.... I could see me going round to the corner to a Mr Whippy van for £1 or so, than paying through the nose for some new fandangled gimick0 -

Lost isn't sad....its an adventure!
I love getting lost in woods, or Venice, or in back roads when I've tried a dodgy shortcut, and you see magical places you wouldn't find if you weren't brave enough to step of the main throrough fare and risk getting lost for a while.0 -

So e times rosacea just looks a bit...red. Other times its just a little sore....tight, very, very slightly burnt feeling, like you sat in the sun not all day but for half an hour too long I guess. (I don't get sunburn often so I am guessing), Mainly its the tight thing I feel. Like all the moisture has disappeared form my skin.0
