I am so bad at motivating myself when I'm alone. I haven't had an adult conversation since last Thursday.

I have two quotes to produce, three blog posts that I've actually considered, a new web page to market something that I've noticed nobody else is locally and an entire house to blitz.

I've managed to eat three sausage rolls, a star bar, consume a can of coke and wash my hair. :o. I might avoid work by going out and buying a new pink toolkit as the boys finally half inched it from me.

Listen I am in work, I have a mound of invoicing to do, should consider a website and get into the 20th century, driver tachos to sort blah blah, instead of which I've chatted with the very funny Eurotunnel rep, loitered on here and another forum.

My diet has been excellently vegan though * smug* ( for today anyway)

Well I can obviously recommend it;), though I don't think they do mediation services as well:o.

There are times I'm glad that I have no family and certainly don't miss any bickering that may go on.

If you go, let me know how much you enjoyed it. ( That's certainty, how much and not if!).

Sil and I are getting on ok. After a heart to heart last Christmas which mainly consisted of her apologising a lot and her saying she'd grown up and me saying I didn't need her to apologise, I just don't stick my hand in a fire twice generally, we've been emailing all year. Nothing serious, just pics and silly stuff. Its ok. DH doesn't like her fianc! (roll eyes) but sil also recognises that's her fault for fibbing about him to create trouble. DH is perfectly able to be civil to him for an evening. I'm told I have met him and read a paper of his. I remember neither :o. In anycase, I don't think we'll need mediation. ;). A great place to be sooths many ills anyway. When I do go out with in laws DH always picks somewhere he knows I'll like and gets me a cocktail. I sit, sip and be happy. The world could go on fire if I have somewhere nice to be, drink and pretty things/wall paper/colours to look at or good food. (Not drinking and eating might make all this harder....although......my body is still holding up......maybe my GIT has just decided to pull itself together now? )

Dh's step sister is having an engagement party in a couple of weeks. We were invited but cannot go.

Well I sat in the hairdressers all morning, so your day sounds energetic.

Went to try to buy sunscreen today in boots. £17! Whatever. I'm sure last time the same one cost £9 in the airport and was also 2 for 1.

Is there anywhere I can get it cheap this time if year? The supermarkets are usually helpful but they don't seem to stock it at this time of year. Is there some kind of worldwide shortage or something?

Silver, just look slightly above the hand, cute black thing with a slightly devilish look in their eye, with the promise of undying devotion.....not spotted it yet?

Call for reinforcements - lir, where are you/
