Erm, I need to find nice lights to fit into decking. Does anyone have any ideas? It's not my usual domain.

Does it have the wow factor? If yes, buy it.

    There, that's you sorted. :)
I am not interested in any wow factor.
    And it's already sold

Bizarrely, I've just been emailed details of another house by the EA .... on at £215k it last sold at £195k in July 2013.

Hideous/not my thing ... but £20k for 3 months is bizarre.

Why'd you want lights that'd shine up your skirt and show people your large bum?

If the seller thought it was still worth 195, what do you think they would set the asking price at?
    I think....

Why would you not want that? Beyonce and Rihanna have built whole carers on it :)

Last time we moved we spent ages looking (although did not see that many houses as it was 2008/9/10 so there wasn't much for sale). In the end I think we got something great at a good price but how much of that is after the fact justification because we had had enough of looking?!

How long you've been looking then?
We started looking late 2008, offer accepted August 2009 and completed in October. And it's not the perfect house, but to use an another awful cliche, it ticked most of the boxes. And we were getting fed up with house hunting also.

Thankfully the lady that they are for has a very nice bum is single and wears Agent Provocateur underwear.

Ah, well in that case, you could probably hire one of the resident NP cheeky chappies to lie on the ground holding a torch.....;)

    Or just try here....

£195k as things seem to go for the price here.... and they clearly don't want it any more.
