I heard they offered such a hefty money back trade-in that it destroyed the second hand market - dunno if that's still true but the idea was if you had one you always traded it in when buying a new one. Maybe can sell it cheap to someone who wants to buy a new one and needs it just for a refund?
I think sewing machines have chips nowadays, whereas this one is electric (so too new to be sold to someone who wants to sit and look at). I wouldn't mind giving it to someone who was going to use it, but don't really want to give it to someone to trade-in for it to be scrapped. And on another unrelated matter, good going sc!
Bit embarrassed by that. It is the winning not the taking part, right?I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. My only competition is myself. But its still not allowing me to switch off.0 -

DS2 has a ridiculous amount of underwear. He confessed it was less hassle to buy another packet of boxers from Primark than to put a wash on!I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. I'm really trying to put more thought into things that will make me feel less 'frustrated' . I have an underwear annoyance occasionally and never get quite what I want. I've had enough of it.
I've tired for a long time to resign, and to a degree its worked, I am MUCH more chilled as a person. But now I have decided resignation isn't really me, and so I'm going to do something else. About it.
The knickers and bra I like online come in a 36 c .....you'd hate the frivolous nature of them.
Sadly, they do not come with the capacity nor structural engineering to hold up my tits.

DS2 has a friend who is chipped. Connected to his diabetes. Frightens the hell out of me if it beeps suddenly. He has a letter to carry when going through airport scanners.
That is interesting. I once worked in a lab who were working on an artificial pancreas (about 30 years ago). Never heard any more of it. Actually with miniaturisation being what it was then (mobile phones were about the size of shoeboxes), it must have been a looooong way from being a viable end product.

I have been buying the same underwear for years. I shall need to shoot myself if they discontinue the line.
PN, I don't have a schlong to compare with a piece of salami.0 -
In that case I'd strongly advise against grabbing one of the Saturday boys for comparison.....Loanranger wrote: »

Are they safe to drive, though? No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0
