I have just had the first T or T at the door. As it's after 7.30 now is it safe to tuck into the sweetie box, hmm? The two girls who knocked the door were very polite. No sign of the parents hovering so I asked them to take care.
Sending good wishes to NDG. I really do dislike auto correct on this device. Apologies for any and all errors.
Everyone is welcome to join the NP thread, those who recognise that mushrooms are the spawn of the devil especially so
I think....0 -
Hello Loanranger.
Welcome, :hello: Do you like mushrooms and/or Excel spreadsheets?Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

No, no, we especially welcome those that love mushrooms...
Field, portabello, cremini, they really are delicious
Even if those mushroom haters are stinkily pernicious
The oyster, chanterelle and white, the chicken of the wood,
Soft and meaty to the bite, they all taste bloody good.
Loan ranger, other NP questions to follow will include whether you reside in Hertfordshire or if you live in greater Hertfordshire (anywhere outside herts) and if you have any connection to anyone Jewish (we thought for a while we had a higher than national average representation of Jews or those married to Jews in our number)0 -
Aallergic to spreadsheets but I ate a mushroom omelette earlier if that helps.0
-
No connection to herts nor any JJewish links damn this auto correct.0

We have given up 25% of salary (plus a few k bonus) for tax/benefits reasons this year...it does hurt

it.
Ouch.
That's about the figure we are aiming for too, but its simply not going to be possible.
There are a couple of other options for sensible legitimate investments but I find it really had to separate in my mind business from us ATM, partly because business is such pin money. Annoying amount really, too little to do more with, too much to easily spend back in the business at this stage, when I really need big investments.0 -

Mushrooms buys you a free pass in my book. And autocorrects make you very popular with me.
Kitchen Sid. Is home on the bench. I do have a dough hook for it. See...this is the sort of personal spend I'd never countenance before....I quite fancy a glass bowl for it. But ...it's a lot for a bowl, when I have one. I could just get another metal bowl.
Glass is better for some things IMO, plus easier to see how well stuff is doing, and I can pretend I am on a cookery show while I whip and beat.
