I see that Noel Harrison has passed away. :(
He was in the Girl From UNCLE TV series/movies and sang the theme tune to the brilliant movie the Thomas Crown Affair.

I'd have thought it would be mouldy or stale by then:(
Long life loaves. You buy them, their "sell by" date is 3-4 days in the future, then you should use them within 7 days as they stay fresh for 7 days beyond the "sell by" date.

Never heard of him. I remember a TV series called the MAN from Uncle, not the girl.

There were two series The Man from UNCLE had Robert Vaughan and David McCallum for the ladies and the Girl from UNCLE had Stephanie Powers. It was what they call spy-fi nowadays.

It was American like Mission Impossible, but there were loads of British shows from that genre like Department S and The Prisoner, Danger Man, The Champions and the Avengers (which I loved).

They bought for 950k, expected to spend 200k doing it up and instead spent 550k doing it up. They now have something worth £1.6m, so have saved 100k. They think it is worth £2.2m  trust me it isn't!

I'm watching it on +1. How did they hire two rubbish builders and why have they removed the entire guts of downstairs? If you want open plan space, it makes sense to just put it in the extension.

EDIT: (claws out) It looks like my local Harvester (claws in)

Edit Edit: I thought the woman's face kept changing. I missed the first 10 minutes, which were key as I've just worked out there's two houses and two couples. Oh dear!
