Asic's word is not exactly impartial in this, and a judge (or another independent expert) may disagree with them. It will depend on what's wrong.0

Frankly, I want put myself under further stress for £60 even that took me months to save this money.0 -
No they were ironical and I concluded that was a waste of time and left with the shoes.
Themselves they told there was nearly 0% of chance that the factory will accept that something is wrong with the shoes since the soleplate are internal and also difficult for common person (like us) to check.
What did you expect them to say?
You said it's had to see that anything is wrong with the shoes so it seems fair for them to want to inspect them.0 -

And what make you believe that the manufacturer will make a proper check that will cost him money and time?
What I should try to do is go to a bike store or something like that where I could borrow or could measure the resistance of the two soleplate with a certificate : if there is a big difference then that mean something is wrong!
Ps : This can be done like for wheel when one want to know if there is enough air in the inner tube.0 -

That's probably a very good idea if Asics say there's nothing wrong.0 -
I gave the trainers to the retailer two weeks ago but he refused to give me a receipt : until present I still not receive them back and start feeling like the retailer playing (again) with me.0

No one have an idea on the issue? At the end of week I will go to make a complaint to the police any way since the retailer is becoming aggressive at the same time.0

You could send a letter before action noting briefly what has happened and how you want the problem remedied.
Although I have no idea in this case manufacturers are often quite good at replacing items they think are damaged, simply to avoid irritating the retailer as much as anything else.0 -
You probably need to give it a little longer.
If you do go in again and they stillhaven't been returned to the store ask when they expect to receive the manufacturer's report.Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily Dickinson

I think it will take more than two weeks to get them tested. If you had a receipt how would this help you? Are they denying they have received them?
I would think VERY carefully about involving the police. I am not sure if there is much they can do. You also want the shop to help you involving the police is not going to achieve this.
Is the shop a chain? Maybe write to the head office explaining the situation and see if they can help.0
