Yep, got about 8 floppy disk and both have floppy drives. If I do delay in replying please excuse me as I am trying to do SOME work whilst trying to fix this problem.

Lazy - take him up on his offer - it's much quicker than making your own floppy version book disk, and a bootable CD....
