It says this when I want to burn the file onto CD:
'There is not enough space to burn this compilation unless the CD is finalized after burning. Do you want to do this? Yes or No'
Size is 697MB and my CD is 700MB so what going on? Shall I click yes to that above question? Just double checking everything as I dont want to mess up.0 -
Who suggested that you should uninstall Winrar?
Yes, you want to finalize the disc.0 -
Burn it at the slowest possible speed.0

Had a long day at college today and to top it off I was walking with a fractured foot!
Just double checked with lectures and the work on the PC is not VITAL but I would like to keep my work like I done with my school work as I like looking back at them every so often.
Just burning the Live CD.
Now I don't mind if my data is at risk of being lost, just want the quickest way out, obviously not trying to lose it but will take a risk and if it doesn't pay off then that my luck.

Hopefully, you can boot up with the Live CD, then view and save your files with Open Office.
Depending on the available functionality, you can transfer, the drives via Network cable, Internet, USB drive, or burn to CD.
After that you can just re-install Windows and maybe partition the disc afterwards.
You have all that's required for that on the disc I supplied.
These are the ways you end up working out how it all works.0 -
Just finished burning file onto CD. Shall I boot PC with CD?0
-
Why not indeed?0

Its not giving me the booting option. I need to go into BIOS dont I? Thats about all I know, what option do I select after that?0
-
Boot option came after several restarts. However, boot from CD failed? Why is that? Dont tell me CD wasnt burned properly? I put the CD in the laptop and check and saw the ISO file in there which was burnt via Nero and by using the Burn CD (ISO) option.
What went wrong there?0
